Delivery Manager
tekFinder have just taken on a new Delivery Manager role for a well known streaming business.
The role is part of of a new function where you will be working with various squads to implement Agile and change management, to achieve strategic and business objectives.
Delivery as a whole is a pretty new function in the business and in the past they have adopted an approach where Iteration Managers would work with the Tech teams.
However as the business grows, it’s become evident that a delivery function is key for the success of the greater business.
The business is very tech focused and they have some senior leaders who have a set structure that has been working, however a more AGILE approach is needed.
We need someone technical who has come from an engineering background, as you will be working with Cloud, CMS and Back-End squads to implement more structured ways of working. .
You wouldn’t be hands on with code, but you need to converse with the engineering teams and understand whats going on around you
They are based in Kent Street in the CBD currently, however plan to move to the North Sydney in the near future. The role is paying up to $180K + Super.
